New Africa Control (NAC) Group is a control and instrumentation company that has an expertise in end-to-end plant design and commissioning that is customised to the plant needs.
AREAS OF OPERATIONS

SIEMENS PARTNERSHIP
NAC Group is ISO 9000 (TUVRheinland certified) which ensures the NAC Group complies to an international quality, process and management standard NAC has achieved an Expert Status for HMI (WINCC) and is a Field Service Cooperation Partner with Siemens in the DRC

NAC Engineering pioneers’ solutions within industrial automation to make SCADA / PLC systems that are diagnostically live, easy to use and quickly flag process abnormalities that increase the “Life-Cycle” of the plant
- Plant conceptualisation and optimisation built into the end-to-end process
- P&IDs development with specialised instrumentation solutions based on plant requirements
- Customised control software based on plant’s specific requirements
- Deliver formalised training with operation and technical independents to embed self-service operations
- In-situ training ensuring client teams are fully independent for plant maintenance and support
- Changes in the process functionality automatically reflect on the SCADA / HMI
- NAC IP interchangeable code automatically pushes in-field interlock and sequence updates to the SCADA HMI
- Old and new PLC’s can coexist on the same SCADA HMI. This allows the new Siemens 1500 PLC series to be introduced into plant upgrades and amortised over the lifecycle of the plant to avoid major-plant wide bump thus mitigating capex creep
- Control and auditing Biometric System tracks and gives access control to log onto your Siemens Simatic Logon or WINCC Scada System
- Automated text messages and emails send alerts on control system deviations, report on control system health and alert on changes in software
- Communication Hub monitors remote plants, no matter the distance between plants, be it 5 km or 50 km
